Remarks : 
This is an amended announcement to the announcement made on 28 April 2017 under "Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Statement of Changes in Equity" on page 5 of the first quarter 2017 financial results as announced earlier.

Pursuant to the Companies Act 2016, the credit standing in the share premium account of RM11,767,433 has been recognised as part of the company's share capital.

Based on the transitional provisions of Section 618 of the Companies Act 2016, the Company will decide the utilisation of the credit standing in the share premium account in due course.
