| This is the first interim financial statements on the consolidated results for the financial period ended 31 March 2010 announced by the Company in compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), in conjunction with the admission of the Company to the Official List and the listing and quotation of its entire enlarged issued and paid-up share capital on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. As this is the first set of quarterly report being drawn up, there are no comparative figures for the preceding year's corresponding quarter/period. |
