Included in the proposed/declared dividend per share for the current year quarter ended 31 March 2018 is the fourth interim single-tier tax exempt dividend of 1 sen per share, in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2018, which was declared on 31 May 2018 and the Entitlement Date will be determined and announced in due course. This dividend has not been reflected in the financial statements for the financial period ended 31 March 2018 but it will be accounted for in shareholders' equity as an appropriation of retained profits for the next quarter ending 30 June 2018. |
