| The following amendments were made on the Notes to the Interim Financial Report for the 3rd quarter ended 30th September 2002: 1) Note 8 - Segment Reporting: Assets employed for logging & manufacturing should be 38,027 2) Note 9 - Property, plant and equipment: To add the following sentence: "Value of Property, Plant and Equipment have not been changed since last annual financial report" 3) Note 17 - Purchase and sales of quoted securities: To delete "Not applicable" and insert: "There were no purchases of and have not held any quoted securities" 4) Note 18 - Corporate Proposal: To delete "Not applicable" and insert: "Refer to the earlier announcements and Note 16 above" 5) Note 24 - Basic Earning per share: Should be under Note 25, and Note 24 should read as follows: "Dividend There was no proposal for dividend during the current quarter." Attached also the amended Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet and Condensed Consolidated Income Statement.
