| The Board of Directors have recommended a first and final single tier cash dividend of 3 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2014, subject to Shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The book closure and the payment date in respect of the proposed dividend will be determined by the Board of Directors at a later date. |
