Remarks : 
The Board of Directors had declared a interim single-tier share dividend comprising the following in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019:-

-Share dividend on the basis of 2 treasury shares for every 100 existing ordinary shares held in the Company ("Share Dividend")

The entitlement date and payment date of the Share Dividend were on 15 March 2019 and 22 March 2019 respectively.
