The Company changed its financial year end from 31st December to 31st March. The last set of audited financial statements were for 15 months ended 31st March 2016. As such there is no comparative figures for the current quarter for the six months ended 31st December 2016 and year to date for the period ended 31st December 2016. The income statement for the corresponding 3rd quarter for the financial period ended 30th September 2015 however is attached for reference. The Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income should be read in conjunction with the Audited Financial Statements for the financial period ended 31st March 2016 and the accompanying explanatory notes attached thereto. |
