Remarks :
The Board of Directors ("The Board") has today declared an interim single-tier dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2014 of 14.7% per share. The Board had determined that the dividend reinvestment plan will apply to the entire dividend.

The actual amount of the dividend per share would be fixed at the point of announcing the entitlement date for the dividend.
