Remarks : 
Revenue stated in the Condensed Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income for the preceding year corresponding period ended 31 March 2014 should read as RM56,167,000.  The calculation of the Condensed Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income was based on a pre-set formula and as a result of the amendment, the gross profit, profit before taxation and profit for the period were erroneous.

The following amendments were made to the notes to the Interim Financial Statements:-

(a)	 A9  Segmental Reporting

The words and property development appearing on line three were deleted.

(b)	B6  Taxation

Current tax expense for the current quarter ended 31 March 2015 and current financial period ended 31 March 2015 should read as RM2,936,000.

(c)	B7 - Status of Corporate Proposal
