| Amendments were made to Item 6 (Dividend per share) of Part A2: Summary of Key Financial Information as the earlier announcement made on 28 February 2006 omitted the proposed first and final dividend recommended for the year ended 31 December 2005 of 4% per share less 28% income tax and the first and final dividend of 3% per share less 28% income tax declared and paid in respect of the year ended 31 December 2004, in both the individual and cumulative quarters for years 2004 and 2005 respectively. The proposed first and final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2005 is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company as shown in Note B12 of the attachment in the earlier announcement. Financial results remain unchanged. |
