| On 23 February 2006, the Company had announced its financial results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended 31 December 2005 ("the previous announcement"). An amendment has been made to net assets per share under Note 7 of Part A2 "Summary of Key Financial Information". Pursuant to a letter from Bursa Malaysia Berhad dated 22 February 2006, net assets per share should be computed based on total equity (inclusive of minority interest) divided by number of ordinary shares. In our previous announcement, net assets per share were computed based on shareholders’ funds divided by number of ordinary shares. Other than the above, there are no changes to the financial results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended 31 December 2005. This announcement shall supersede the previous announcement. |
