Item (6) above was in relation to the first interim single tier dividend of 2 sen per Ordinary Share for the financial year ending 31 December 2015 declared on 9 July 2015 and paid out on 13 August 2015. On 6 July 2015, the company declared a single tier dividend of 2% (based on the issue price of RM1.00) for the financial year ending 31 December 2015 per Redeemable Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares on RM0.01 each (RCPS) and paid out on 11 August 2015 (Refer Note A6). |
