Remarks :
The Board of Directors proposed a First & Final Dividend of 3.0% less 25% tax per ordinary share of RM1-00 each and a Share Dividend of 1 treasury share for every 20 ordinary shares of RM1-00 each for the financial year ended 31st December 2009 subject to the approval of Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
