Remarks :
The Proposed First and Final Dividend of 2.5 sen per share was declared and announced during the quarter ended 30 June 2012 in respect of financial year ended 31 December 2011. This Proposed Dividend of 2.5 sen per share has been duly approved by shareholders at the Company's Twelfth Annual General Meeting held on 28 June 2012.
