| Remarks : |
The Company has approved the declaration of the Special Dividend of 6 sen per ordinary share (Exempt from Income Tax) for the financial year ending 31 December 2016 to be payable in 3 tranches, 2 sen for each tranche. The first payment will be made in the fourth quarter of 2016, while the remaining 2 payments are to be paid in the first and second quarter of 2017. This Special Dividend of 6 sen is to be paid out from the Third Tranche of Promissory Notes received in March 2016. |
