| Remarks : |
The Company has in May 2016 approved the declaration of the Special Dividend of 6 sen per Ordinary Share (Exempt from Income Tax) for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 to be payable in 3 tranches, 2 sen for each tranche. The first tranche of the Special Dividend of 2 sen per Ordinary Share has been paid to the shareholders on 11 November 2016 and the second tranche of the Special Dividend of 2 sen per Ordinary Share will be paid to the shareholders on 17 March 2017. The final tranche is to be paid in the Second Quarter of 2017. This Special Dividend of 6 sen is to be paid out from the Third Tranche of Promissory Notes received in March 2016. A total dividend of 9.5 sen was declared in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2015, which comprises a Special Dividend of 6 sen per ordinary share and a First and Final Single Tier Dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share. These 2 dividends were paid in the year 2016. |
