| The following amendments were made to the financial reports for the year ended 31 December 2003: 1 Pages 1 and 15 - Basic Earnings per Share Basic earnings per share for year ended 31 December 2002 should be 20.53 sen instead of 20.66 sen. 2 Page15 – Note B12 Dividends The following disclosure is added to the notes: The dividend is payable to shareholders registered in the books of KPJ Healthcare on 6 February 2004. The total dividends declared for the current financial year ended 31 December 2003 amounted to 6 sen per share less 28% tax. For the financial year ended 31 December 2002, the Directors declared the payment of an interim dividend of 5 sen per share on 191,384,615 ordinary shares, tax exempt, amounting to RM9,569,230 paid on 17 March 2003 |
