Basic Earnings per Share of 6.91 sen for the three months period ended 30 September 2003 has been computed based on the weighted average number of ordinary shares of 73,148,700 shares after taking into account Shares bought back of 1,950,800 shares by the Company. 2. Basic Earnings per Share of 3.92 sen for the three months period ended 30 September 2002 has been computed based on the weighted average number of ordinary shares of 74,645,000 shares after taking into account Shares bought back of 479,000 shares by the Company. 3. Net Tangible Assets per Share of RM1.95 as at 30 September 2003 has been computed based on 73,049,200 ordinary shares after taking into account Shares bought back of 1,950,800 shares by the Company. 4. Net Tangible Assets per Share of RM1.82 as at 31 December 2002 has been computed based on 74,521,000 ordinary shares after taking into account Shares bought back of 479,000 shares by the Company. |
