Remarks :
1. Basic Earnings per Share of 8.74 sen for the three months period ended 31 December 2006 has been computed based on the weighted average number of ordinary shares of 112,664,900 shares after taking into account Shares purchased back of 946,400 shares during the quarter by the Company.

2. Net Assets per Share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent of RM1.73 as at 31 December 2006 has been computed based on 111,746,500 ordinary shares after taking into account Shares purchased back of 4,788,700 shares by the Company.
