Remarks :
Basic Earnings per Share of 9.19 sen for the three months period ended 30 September 2007 has been computed based on the weighted average number of ordinary shares of 111,238,000 shares after taking into account Shares purchased back of 280,600 shares during the quarter by the Company.

Net Assets per Share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent of RM1.92 as at 30 September 2007 has been computed based on 111,027,400 ordinary shares after taking into account Shares purchased back of 5,507,800 shares by the Company.
