| 1. The proposed final ordinary dividend of 8 sen per share of RM1.00 each (equivalent to 1.6 sen per share of RM0.20 each after taking into account the Subdivision of Shares on 21.01.2008) less tax of 26% in respect of the year ending 31 December 2007 has not been accounted for in the financial statements. 2. Basic Earnings per Share of 9.69 sen for the three months period ended 31 December 2007 has been computed based on the weighted average number of ordinary shares of 111,027,400 shares after taking into account Shares purchased back of 0 share during the quarter by the Company. 3. Net Assets per Share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent of RM1.96 as at 31 December 2007 has been computed based on 111,027,400 ordinary shares after taking into account Shares purchased back of 5,507,800 shares by the Company. |
