Remarks :
The Board of Directors of Box-Pak (Malaysia) Bhd ("the Company") is recommending a first and final single tier tax exempt dividend of 7.5% (7.5 sen per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 (2012: 10% less 25% tax), for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
