Remarks :
INTERIM DIVIDEND:
The Board of Directors is pleased to declare a Second Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 2.25 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each ("Interim Dividend") in respect of the financial year ending 31 January 2015. This Interim Dividend will be paid on 20 October 2014 and the entitlement date for the dividend payment is 7 October 2014.
