Remarks : 
The Board of Directors is pleased to declare a First Interim Single-Tier Dividend of RM0.02 per ordinary share ("Interim Dividend") in respect of the financial year ending 31 January 2020. The Interim Dividend will be paid on 25 July 2019 and the entitlement date for the dividend payment is 10 July 2019.
