| A first and final dividend of 2.5 sen per ordinary share, less 28% income tax, amounting to RM4,742,262 in respect of the previous financial year ended 31 July 2003 was paid on 22 December 2003. The Board of Directors had on 25 March 2004 declared an interim dividend of 2.5 sen per ordinary share, less 28% income tax, amounting to RM4,742,802 in respect of the current financial year ending 31 July 2004. The interim dividend was paid on 20 May 2004. |
