| A final dividend of 5.0 sen per ordinary share, less 28% income tax, amounting to RM9,455,216 in respect of the previous financial year ended 31 July 2004 was paid on 22 December 2004. The Board of Directors has on 28 March 2005 declared an interim dividend of 2.5 sen per ordinary share, less 28% income tax, amounting to RM4,696,916 in respect of the current financial year ending 31 July 2005. |
