| In quarter 4, the directors recommend the payment of a final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 July 2005 of 5.0 sen gross per share, less tax at 28%, amounting to RM9,346,252 based on the issued and paid-up share capital as at 31 July 2005, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. Total dividend paid and proposed for the financial year ended 31 July 2005 amounted to 7.50 sen per ordinary share, less 28% income tax. |
