| No dividend has been paid since the end of the previous financial year. The Board of Directors has not declared or recommended the payment of dividend in respect of the current financial year ending 31 July 2010. A first and final dividend of 5.0 sen gross per share, less current income tax at 25% proposed for the previous financial year ended 31 July 2009 has been approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting held on 25 November 2009. The dividend will be paid on 21 December 2009 to depositors registered in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 4 December 2009. |
