| A first and final dividend of 5 sen per ordinary share, less 25% income tax, amounting to RM9,568,796 in respect of the previous financial year ended 31 July 2009 was paid on 21 December 2009. The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of 2.5 sen per ordinary share, less 25% income tax, amounting to RM4,784,304 based on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company as at 31 January 2010, in respect of the current financial year ending 31 July 2010. |
