Remarks :
The directors recommend the payment of a final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 July 2012 of 5.0 sen per share, less income tax at 25%, amounting to RM9,568,459 based on the issued and paid-up share capital (less treasury shares) of the Company as at 31 July 2012, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
