Remarks : 
The directors recommend the payment of a final single tier dividend of  3.0 sen per share, amounting to RM7,654,767 in respect of the financial year ended 31 July 2016, based on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company as at 31 July 2016, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
