Remarks :

The net tangible assets per share, basic earning pershare and dividend per share are computed based on 75,831,000 shares.
The dividend per share (sen) are based on dividend paid for the respective period. During the financial year ended 31 January 2003, the dividend of 4 sen per share less 28% tax was paid on August 2002. The Board has recommended a final dividend of 4 sen per share less 28% tax subject to the shareholders approval in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting for the current financial year ended 31 January 2003.
