| The basic earnings per share for the current year quarter ended 30.9.2005 and current year to-date as at 30.9.2005 should be 1.98 sen (instead of 1.96 sen as announced on 29.11.2005) after taking into account of 728,200 treasury shares retained by the Company arising from its purchase of own shares. The calculation of the said basic earnings per share is shown in Note 13 (Earnings Per Share) in the attached quarterly report. |
