| The basic earnings per share for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2003 respectively have been adjusted for the impact of bonus issue. A final dividend of 7% per ordinary share less Malaysian Income Tax at 28% for the financial year ended 31 March 2004 will be recommended for approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
