Remarks : 
The Board of Directors is pleased to declare an interim single tier dividend of 3 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2015. The dividend will be paid on 23 December 2015 to all shareholders registered in the Record of Depositors on 9 December 2015.
