The Board of Directors had recommended payment of a final single tier dividend of eight (8) sen per ordinary share and a special single tier dividend of three (3) sen per ordinary share. The proposed final single tier dividend and special single tier dividend will be subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 1 June 2017. |
