Remarks :
A final tax-exempt dividend of 15.0% (2006: 11.5%) on 106,963,188 (2006: 106,958,888) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in respect of the previous financial year amounting to RM16,044,478 (2006: RM12,300,272) was paid on 13 July 2007.
For the current financial year ended 31 December 2007, the Board of Directors recommend a final 18.0% tax-exempt dividend (2006: 15.0% tax-exempt dividend) on ordinary shares in issue of 106,963,188 (2006: 106,963,188) for shareholders' approval in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The date of the Annual General Meeting and the book closure for the final dividend payment will be announced in due course.
