| The Board of Directors proposes a first and final dividend of 2.5 sen per share, tax-exempt, amounting to RM1,225,000 in respect of the current financial year ended 31st May 2003. The proposed dividend will be subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on a date to be announced later. |
