| The Board of Directors recommended a first and final dividend of 2.5 sen per share, tax-exempt (2004 : 3.0 sen per share, tax-exempt) amounting to RM1,225,000 for the current financial year ended 31st May 2005. The proposed dividend will be subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on a date to be announced in due course. |
