| The Board of Directors has recommended a first and final tax exempt dividend of 2.4 sen (4.8%) [2005:1.5 sen (3%)], amounting to RM2,400,000 (2005: RM1,500,000) in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2006 to be approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. Proposed dividend entitlement date and payment date will be 18 August 2006 and 29 August 2006 respectively. |
