| The Group has completed the acquisition exercise on 27 May 2003 prior to the listing. As a result the current quarterly interim result was based on the transactions from 27 May 2003 to 31 December 2003. No comparative figures are presented as this is the third interim financial report announced by the Group in compliance with the Malaysia Securities Exchange Berhad (MSEB) requirements and in conjunction with its listing on the Second Board of the Malaysia Securities Exchange Berhad (MSEB). The accompanying notes form an integral part of, and, should be read in conjunction with the latest annual financial statements. |
