| The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 5.0 sen (31/3/2006: 3.5sen per share less income tax of 28%) tax exempt per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2007 on 120,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The entitlement date and payment date for the proposed final dividend will be determined at a later date. |
