| On 23 August 2005, the Board declared an interim tax exempt dividend of 1.5 sen per share of which the entitlement date is fixed on 27 September 2005. As such, all the existing issued and paid-up shares of the Company including the proposed bonus issue shares, will also be entitled for the said dividend. |
