| Please note that DPS Resources Group of companies was only formed on 31 May 2004 and subsequently listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 August 2004. Hence, the profit figures above of RM 2.926 million (Preceding Year Corresponding Quarter) and RM5.149 million (Preceding Year Corresponding Period) includes pre-acquisition profits of RM 1.859 million and RM4.082 million respectively. After deducting the pre-acquisition profits, the post-acquisition profits for the Preceding Year Corresponding Quarter and Preceding Year Corresponding Period are both at RM 1.067 million. The basic earnings per share of 1.12 sen as disclosed above for both Preceding Year Corresponding Quarter and Preceding Year Corresponding Period is computed based on the post-acquisition profit of RM 1.067 million.
