Remarks :
The Board of Directors has proposed a final single tier dividend of 2% or 1 sen per share totalling RM990,000 in respect of the financial year ended 30 April 2014, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The entitlement and payment dates will be announced at a date to be determined later by the Board of Directors.
