Remarks :
This amended announcement is to clarify that the date of entitlement and payment for the interim dividend of 3.69 sen per share less 28% taxation as stated in the 2nd paragraph of the Explanatory Note 9 : Dividend of the 2nd Quarterly Report for the period ended 30 June 2006 shall be 25 August 2006 and 30 August 2006 respectively (instead of 23 August 2006 and 28 August 2006 respectively).


The amended Quarterly Report is attached hereto and shall supersede the earlier Quarterly Report announced on 4 August 2006.
