Please note the following changes made to the financial statements:- a) Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets as at 30 June 2005 - The audited results as at the preceding financial year ended 31 December 2004 have been included. b) Condensed Consolidated Statements of Changes in Equity for the Second Quarter Ended 30 June 2005 - The following has been included as part of the notes : "There were no comparative results presented as there were no consolidated statements of changes in equity prepared prior to the acquisition of WZB's subsidiaries in July 2004." |
