| This is an amended announcement to supersede the previous announcement made on 30 December 2005. The amendments are as follow:- (a) The Financial Year End should be 31 October 2005 instead of 31 October 2006; and (b) The Status of Utilization of Proceeds Arising from Corporate Proposal in note B8 of the Additional Information Required by Bursa Malaysia was omitted. Accordingly append hereunder the note B8(b), Status of Utilization of Proceeds Arising from Corporate Proposal as follows:- Ramunia Holdings Berhad did not received any proceeds arising from the Corporate Proposal and as such there is no utilization of any funds therefrom. Apart from the above, there is no amendment to the other part of this quarterly report for the period ended 31 October 2005. |
