| Note for No. 6 The Board has on 18th May 2006 declared an interim dividend of 10% less 28% tax (Preceding year: 9% less 28% tax) in respect of the current financial year ending 30th June 2006. The entitlement to the interim dividend will be determined based on shareholders registered in the record of depositors as at 16th June 2006 and the date of payment will be on 29th June 2006. |
