| Note for No. 5 The earnings per share are calculated based on weighted average number of ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in issue of 1,960,191,454 shares for the current financial quarter. Note for No. 6 The Board of Directors has on 19 August 2010 announced a final single tier dividend of 18% (previous corresponding period : 24% less 25% tax) per ordinary share of RM0.10 each in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2010 which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 November 2010. If approved, the entitlement to the final single tier dividend will be determined based on shareholders registered in the record of depositors as at 30 November 2010 and the date of payment will be on 15 December 2010. Note for No. 7 The net assets per share for preceeding year has been adjusted for bonus issue of 2 for 5 which was completed on 17 February 2010. |
